High end residential development consent for 18 three storey dwellings obtained by Plan Co. Working closely with a variety of Council departments Plan Co. were able to negotiate a substantial esplanade waiver which allowed the feasible development of the site. Tackling urban design and visual concerns Plan Co. in conjunction with Archoffice provided a suite of information demonstrating that a combination of height and coverage infringements were entirely appropriate to the future planned environment of the zone and from there were able to secure non-notified resource consent from the Duty Commissioner.
