We sure can! This can be simple easy way to add value to your property. The first step is to make sure the other property owners on are board. Once they are we can help obtain a CCTV inspection of your properties drains, a surveyor to set out the new property boundaries. This whole process can cost around $20-$30K (including our services, council fees and potential legal fees). Sometimes old services may not be up to scratch so upgrading these may be required and will add additional costs. The process can take about 6 -12 months from start to finish. Maybe…You may have heard recently the government made changes to the Building Act that permits granny flats up to 70m2.
