Our Story
Established Experience
Plan Co. NZ Ltd was established in 2016 by director Mark Weingarth on the back of extensive experience working in various team leader and management roles in the Resource Consent Department at Auckland Council and senior planning roles in the UK.
Since 2016, Plan Co. has continued to expand its team of experienced and industry-recognised planners and now boasts extensive planning experience both in New Zealand and internationally.

What We Do
Comprehensive Planning Services
Our work primarily involves the preparation, lodgement and management of all types of resource consent applications.
Other services include but are not limited to, assistance with due diligence, site development and feasibility advice, pre-application advice and meetings, plan changes, policy advice, and evidence preparation and presentation at Council hearings and Environment Court. Mark and Parvati are also available for Independent Commissioner work.
